Terms of Use
العربيةThese terms govern your use of the Yuksel Contracting Inspect application. By signing in you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Who may use it
The app is issued to employees and contractors of Yüksel İnşaat Saudia Co. Ltd. for work purposes. Your account is created for you by an administrator and remains the property of Yüksel İnşaat Saudia Co. Ltd.. Accounts are personal: do not share your credentials, and do not let another person record an inspection under your name. Signatures captured in the app are attributed to the signed-in account.
Your responsibilities
- Record inspections accurately and honestly. These records are used to decide whether construction work is safe and acceptable, and may be relied on in an audit or a dispute.
- Photograph only what is relevant to the inspection. Do not photograph people unnecessarily, and never capture material you are not authorised to record.
- Keep your device secured with a passcode or biometric lock, and report a lost device immediately so it can be revoked.
- Follow site safety rules. Never use the app while operating a vehicle or machinery, or while working at height.
Ownership of content
Inspections, findings, photographs, and signatures created in the app are records of Yüksel İnşaat Saudia Co. Ltd., not personal content. They may be retained, audited, exported, and disclosed to a client, auditor, or authority where required.
Availability
The app depends on site connectivity and on our servers. Work you record while offline is stored on your device and sent when a connection returns — do not treat an unsent inspection as delivered until the app confirms it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain access to records outside your role, interfere with the service, reverse engineer it, or use it for anything other than your work for Yüksel İnşaat Saudia Co. Ltd..
Ending access
Your access ends when your employment or contract ends, or if it is withdrawn. You may delete your account in the app; business records survive deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
The app is provided for internal operational use. To the extent permitted by law, Yüksel İnşaat Saudia Co. Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
