Privacy Policy
العربيةYuksel Contracting Inspect ("the app") is a private workforce application. It is issued to employees and contractors of Yüksel İnşaat Saudia Co. Ltd. to record construction quality and safety inspections. It is not a consumer product, and accounts are created by an administrator — you cannot sign yourself up.

What the app collects

The app does not collect location by default. If your employer enables GPS stamping on evidence photographs, the coordinates at the moment of capture are recorded on that photograph, and the app will ask for location permission first. You can refuse; the inspection still works.
What the app does NOT do
- No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
- No analytics or behavioural tracking SDKs.
- No sale or sharing of personal data with anyone for their own purposes.
- No access to your contacts, calendar, microphone, call history, or SMS.
- No background location, and no location tracking of staff.
Who we share it with
Only the processors needed to run the service:
- Sentry (EU region) — crash and error reporting.
- Expo — application builds, over-the-air updates, and push notification delivery. A push notification tells your device that something needs your attention; the notification text may include the inspection reference.
- Managed cloud hosting — the servers this application runs on, operated on our behalf under contract.
Your inspection records are visible inside your organisation to colleagues whose role gives them access — for example the engineer responsible for a finding, and the manager who approves it. That is the point of the workflow.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from inside the app, or request deletion at privacy@yuksel-contracting.com. Your personal details, devices, notifications, and sign-in credentials are removed.
Inspection records are not deleted. A completed inspection — including its findings, photographs, and approval signatures — is a construction quality and safety record which Yüksel İnşaat Saudia Co. Ltd. is required to keep, and which may be relied on in a dispute or an audit long after you leave. Those records are kept, with your name replaced by an anonymous marker, so the history stays intact without continuing to identify you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export, or object to the processing of your personal data. Contact privacy@yuksel-contracting.com. Because this is a workplace application, some requests may be directed to your employer, who decides what is recorded and for how long.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed. Access is restricted by role, devices must be approved before they can reach company records, and evidence photographs are served only through short-lived signed links rather than public URLs.
Children
The app is for employees and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
Material changes will be announced in the app. The review date is shown at the foot of this page.
